She also has extensive experience founding and operating companies in the service arena.

Her entrepreneurial endeavors and project management skills make her a strong asset manager, a start up advisor and an angel investor. Board Member for Endeavor México (North Advisory Board), and Limited Partner in Venture Capital funds such as: 500 Startups, Amplifica Capital and Angel Hub Ventures.

She is a business columnist at El Financiero newspaper, and co-host of Escalables Podcast and Real Estate Talks Podcast.

Milo Caballero has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, an Energy Management postgraduate degree from EGADE and an IndustrialEngineering degree from Tec de Monterrey.

He worked in CEMEX for 12 years, holding executive positions in Commercial, Financial Planning and Infrastructure areas. Milo founded and manages Solardec, a leading solar energy integrator company, since 2011. It has developed+1,000projects in the residential, commercial and industrial segments.

Milo is also partner in a skin care and dental products lab. He occasionally participates as lecturer in solar energy events and is sustainability columnist at El Financiero newspaper.
